"As a New Entrant/Year One teacher, I directly benefit from the commitment and passion you all have for the children in your preschool.  The children who come to our classroom from Gulf Harbour Preschool are keen and enthusiastic learners.  Gulf Harbour Preschool children are certainly given a fabulous foundation as life-long learners and I appreciate that your team get the balance right.  Your children are imaginative and creative thinkers who also have the practical skills children need at school, such as cutting with scissors or recognising their name.  Adapting to life at school appears to be easy for preschool children from your centre, as you take the time to prepare them for important ‘school type’ routines such as taking turns and sharing at mat time.  Your children have excellent sitting and listening skills and they are articulate and excited to share their thoughts and ideas with their peers. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do, and congratulations on being such successful educators of our youngest learners."
