Let’s coooooooooooooook!!
Ingredients:
1 cup of peanuts
¼ cup of coconut
1 tablespoon of chia seeds or other seeds
1 Tablespoon of maca powder (if you have some)
4 Tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
½ cup of maple syrup or honey
1 cup of dates
¼ cup of cocoa
Method:
Place all your ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
Use a teaspoon to measure the mixture and use your hands to roll into little balls.
Place your ‘Space Balls’ in the fridge in a container to cool and become firm.
It’s that simple!!

‘Space balls’ make a lovely snack to fill you and your little ones up and they are so easy to make. The best thing about ‘Space Balls’ is you can use any ingredients that you like. For example swap out the dates for sultanas, the peanuts for almonds or cashews.
Have fun!!
