What you would need:

Seashells

Pipe cleaners

Paint

Paintbrushes

Scissors

Craft paper

Black vivid

Hot glue gun

Instructions:

1. Paint the seashells. Let it dry.
2. Cut pipe cleaners to the correct sizes.

3. Use the hot glue gun to stick on the pipe cleaners.

4. Cut out little circles for the eyes and stick them on using the hot glue gun.

5. Cut out the shape for the whales tale and water sprout and stick them on using the hot glue gun.
