Pin-Wheel Delights!
An easy to make and yummy to eat pin-wheel shaped pastry.
Ingredients
Flaky puff pastry
Jam
1 egg
Icing sugar
Method
- Divide a sheet of pastry by cutting it into 9 square blocks.
- Slit each corner towards the middle of the square.
- Now fold the right corners toward the middle and press down gently.
- Baste each pin-wheel with the egg wash and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
- Add a small amount of jam in the middle of the pin-wheel and dust with icing sugar.
