Paper plate cat 🐱🐱🐱

Today we made this very cute cat using a paper plate. This is another little activity to get very creative.

You will need:

Paper plate

Paint

Marker

Paintbrush

Pipe cleaner or string

Googly eyes

Pencil

Scissor

Glue stick

PVA glue

Pink paper

Step 1: Turn your paper plate around so that the inside is face down. Draw the shape of the cat and what will be the paws.

Step 2: Cut out. You should now have the cats body, tail, and paws.

Step 3: Paint desired colour. I decided on orange.

Leave to dry.

Step 4: With your glue stick paste on tail and paws.

Step 5: Now you can paste on googly eyes (you can also draw on eyes if you dont have googly eyes).

Step 6: Cut out a nose using your pink paper and paste on.

Step 7: Draw on a mouth for your cat using a marker.

Step 8: For the final touch we need whiskers. You can use pipe cleaners or string. Glue on with a PVA glue.
