No Bake Fudge Slice
They simply do not come any easier or more scrumptious than this. Your little ones can make this all by themselves, all you have to do is help them with the cooking.
Ingredients:
1 packet of super wine biscuits (crushed)
1 egg
100g of sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
100g of butter
1 tablespoon of cocoa
Icing:
1 cup of icing sugar
65g of butter
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
1-2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of cocoa

Method:
- Mix egg, sugar, vanilla essence, butter and cocoa in a saucepan.
- Cook this mixture on low for approximately 5 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.
- Take it off the heat and mix in crushed biscuits.
- Transfer the mix into a square or rectangular dish and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- For icing, mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.



6. Ice once the fudge has cooled and refrigerate for another hour.
7. Slice into any shape you wish and enjoy!
