Easter Cards

Easter is coming, it’s time to make some cute Easter cards to give to your lovely family members.  You’ll be gaining skill with the process of art and craft and developing your scissor skills!

You’ll need:

*A4 coloured paper to make the card

*A5 coloured paper

*Scissors

*Glue stick

*Pencil

*Strips of various patterned paper - can be any type of paper you have at home.

I’m sure you can cut strips of paper all by yourself, but if you need help cutting, ask one of your lovely family members!  

*Fold your coloured piece of paper in half.  This will be the card.

*Cut strips of paper - approximately 10-15 strips.

*On the A5 piece of paper, draw an ‘Easter Egg’ shape.  Cut the shape out.

Glue your strips of paper onto the front of your card (your folded paper).   

           ↓

Glue the A5 piece of paper with the cut out shape onto the front of your card (on top of the strips).

           ↓

Trim the edges.

You have created a gorgeous Easter card! You can write, draw pictures or even add stickers to your card.
