A cross between a brownie and fudge!

If you’re like me and love both chocolate fudge and brownies, you will go crazy for this! The trick is to keep the fudge in the fridge - it is delicious cold and keeps the ‘fudge consistency.’ (Watch out for those sneaky helpers!)
Ingredients:
115 grams butter
One block of either dark or milk chocolate (I usually use Whittakers 62 % dark chocolate for a richer flavour, but today was milk chocolate)
½ cup of brown sugar
½ cup of white sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup plain flour
¼ tsp salt
Method:
*Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius. Line a baking dish (rectangle or circle) with baking paper.
*Melt the butter and cook until it turns a light golden colour. Take off the heat. Cool for about 10 minutes.

*Add the chocolate and stir until smooth.
*Add the sugars and mix well - it will be grainy.
*Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well.

*Add the vanilla, then the sifted flour.
*Add the salt and mix.

*Pour mixture into your lined tray and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes. You want the edges firm, and the middle slightly soft.
*Remove from the oven and chill!
*Slice it up and place into a container. Keep it in the fridge (don’t eat too much at once)!
