This project is great for 3 years right up to school age children as a fun way to learn about pattern making, sequencing and matching by colour and shape!

You will Need:

An Egg Carton

Paper

Scissors

Colouring Pens/Pencils or Crayons

Everyday Toys (such as lego)

Step One: Create your homemade pattern!

Using the paper and colouring tools, you can draw in any shape or colour you like! Cut out your shapes ready to play!

Get an adult to help you cut out a piece of paper the size of the egg carton. Now draw the different shapes/toys you have in the different egg carton slots.
