Racing Ping Pong Balls

In this activity, you are going to see how far you can blow a ping pong ball using a straw. If you don’t have a straw at home, then you can use your mouth.
What you will need:
A bing pong ball
A straw - don’t worry if you don’t have one
Counter
Aim of the activity: To see how far you can make your ping pong ball go!
Step 1. Place your ping pong ball at the start of the table or on the ground. Make sure that the ball is still.

Step 2. Put the straw near the ball without touching it.
Step 3. Blow into the straw and see the ball move.
- If you don’t have a straw then blow the ball.
Step 4. Once the ping pong ball has stopped moving, use a counter to mark where the ball landed.
Step 5. Now your sibling, mum or dad can have a turn to see how far they can blow the ping pong ball
- Or you can have another turn to see if you can get the ball to go even further.
Step 6. Have another turn to see if you can get the ping pong ball to go even further!
Hope you have lots of fun playing this game.
Love Rachael xx
