Activity Time with Lynda & Marianne
Move & Groove with Rachael
Baking Time with Paris - Creamy Caramel Biscuits 


Biscuits

  • 200g Softened Butter 
  • ½ Cup Castor Sugar 
  • 1 ¼ Cups Flour
  • ¼ Cup Cocoa
  • 1 ½ Cups Cornflakes

Icing/Decoration

  • 1 Block Whittaker’s Creamy Caramel Chocolate  
  • ½ Block Whittaker’s Creamy Milk Chocolate 

METHOD

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease or line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in the flour and cocoa, add the cornflakes then stir until the mixture is combined. Roll mixture into small balls, place on the lined baking tray and press lightly with a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 
  4. Once removed from the oven place a Whittaker’s Creamy Caramel Chocolate square on top of each of the biscuits whilst still warm, press down slightly. 
  5. Optional: Once cool, cover the caramel square with additional melted Creamy Milk Chocolate and top each biscuit with a walnut.

Collecting the Drops Activity


What you will need: 

Draw your own raindrops or print out page 2 and 3 of the raindrops below. 

Black vivid or pen

Colouring pencils or pens 


Step 1. Draw or print your raindrops. 


Step 2. Colour in your raindrops! Some might be blue others might be rainbow to make it look cool! 


Step 3. Write the numbers 1-10 on the raindrops. You might need to ask someone in your family to help you if this is too tricky. 


Step 4. Either you or someone in your family can go and hide the raindrops around your house! 


Step 5. Now it’s time for you to go and collect the raindrops. 

*You might want to challenge yourself by collecting the raindrops from 1-10!
