🥚 Egg‑cellent Easter Adventures 🥚

Kia ora and Happy Easter!

What an exciting week we have had together. You have been having so much fun outdoors with all our Easter activities! When we went on our big Easter egg hunt around the playground, you were absolutely in your element. Once I showed you what to do, you took turns with your friends gathering

 together,  crouching down, closing your eyes, and waiting while you or a friend hid the pastel coloured eggs. 

When the eggs were all hidden, you or your friend with a huge smile would call out in your loudest voice, “GO!” Everyone would run, scattering around the playground to find as many eggs as they could. It was so wonderful to see the delight on your face as you carried back the precious eggs you had found.

We also had our egg‑and‑spoon races. Now that was a challenge. You quickly discovered that the faster you walked, the wobblier your egg became. So you slowed down, focused your eyes on your spoon, and tried again.

All week, your enthusiasm brought so much joy to our Easter celebrations. Whether you were leading the egg hunt, balancing your egg‑and‑spoon with great determination, or cheering on your friends, you showed such confidence, kindness, and excitement for every new challenge.

It was wonderful to see you supporting others, taking turns, and celebrating each little success together. Your energy helped make our Easter adventures truly special, and I loved sharing these moments with you. I cannot wait to see what adventures you dive into next!
